The Bridge Program increases opportunities for students from underrepresented populations to obtain graduate degrees and create a network of peers, mentors and advisers to support and serve them before, during and after grad school. The program is open to those who have not applied to graduate school or those who applied and were not accepted.

Students who are accepted only need to use one application to apply to all AGU Bridge Program Partners.

Once a student is accepted, they will receive an AGU membership along with access to AGU programs, scholarships, and grant opportunities. By joining a scientific section, a student will have access to the section’s activities and community. If they participate in Mentoring365, they will have access to domestic and international mentors. Students should apply by 31 March.
